?Do I need a gym membership

If we train at my gym, a guest pass may apply. If it’s your gym or home, no pass needed.

 

I’ve never lifted before. Is that okay?

Absolutely! I’ll guide you step-by-step. Beginners welcome.

 

Can we train at my home?

Yes — within 15 km of Whitby/Toronto. A small travel fee applies.

 

Can I bring a friend?

Yes — semi-private sessions are available (+$30/session).

 

How do I track my progress?

We’ll check strength, photos, and measurements every 4 weeks.
