Lexy Lifts

My name is Alexis, founder of Lexy Lifts. Back in 2020, I hit a point where I was tired of feeling uncomfortable in my body and disconnected from my confidence. I didn’t know much about fitness, but I made a promise to myself: I’m going to build my dream body and never give up.

 

At first, I followed every home workout I could find, struggling through trial and error. But when the gyms reopened, everything changed. I discovered weightlifting — and I fell in love with the strength, the challenge, and the way it made me feel. Over the past five years, I’ve learned exactly what it takes to build real muscle, shape your curves, and transform both your body and your mindset.

 

I built more than just my dream body. I built discipline. Confidence. Self-respect. A version of myself I’m proud of.

 

And now, I get messages from women asking, “How did you do it?”

The truth is: I didn’t quit. I learned, I grew, and I showed up for myself — even on the days I didn’t feel like it.

 

That’s why I created Lexy Lifts. Because I want to guide women through the same transformation. I want to give women the workouts, the strategies, and the mindset shifts that helped me go from uncertain to unstoppable.
